Mr Simon Burns MP; Minister of State: The Secretary of State for Health, my right hon. Friend the Member for South Cambridgeshire (Mr Lansley), has no plans to conduct a review of neurosurgery at Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust. We are aware that the trust is working to improve services for patients as part of long term plans to move neuroscience services from the Princess Royal hospital, Haywards Heath to a new purpose built site at the RoyalSussexCounty hospital, Brighton and that the trust has undertaken to keep the right hon. Member informed.
