Mr Davey MP; Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department for Business, Innovation & Skills: The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills is leading and co-ordinating a long term project across Whitehall looking at all areas of employment legislation in all the relevant Departments. I am mindful that small firms can experience difficulty in complying with employment legislation and the review will certainly consider such issues.
