Mid Sussex MP, Nicholas Soames, visited the Heyworth Primary School on Friday, 12th February to present to the school a set of books for their school library.

Mr Soames attended the school’s assembly and spoke to the children about the joys of reading.

Mr Soames said; “I am very pleased to support the wonderful and dedicated work of the teachers and other staff at the Heyworth Primary School and I was delighted to see such an attentive assembly. They were a pleasure and a joy to be with.

“I much look forward to visiting them again.”
