Anna Soubry, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State and Minister for Defence Personnel, Welfare and Veterans: Before publishing the Annual Report, it was identified that further analysis of an air safety issue was required. Following completion of the analysis, the report was released for publication. We remain committed to the timely publication of future reports.
