Nicholas Soames: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what discussions he has had with his European counterparts about creating a European Reaper Users Association; and if he will make a statement. [181024]

Dr Murrison, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State and Minister for International Security Strategy: The Secretary of State for Defence, my right hon. Friend the Member for Runnymede and Weybridge (Mr Hammond), has not had specific discussions with European counterparts about creating or joining a European Reaper Users Association.
