Sajid Javid, Financial Secretary to the Treasury: The communiqué of the International Monetary and Financial Committee from the recent IMF annual meetings, and the accompanying statement by the Chancellor of the Exchequer, re-emphasized the urgent need to immediately ratify the 2010 IMF quota and governance reform and urged all members who have yet to ratify, to do so without delay.
