Alistair Burt, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State: We received regular reports from our missions in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem during the recent Gaza conflict, drawing on local reporting and wide ranging contacts. We understand that 158 Palestinians and six Israelis were killed during the conflict.
