Robert Neill MP; Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State: In our consultation on the draft National Planning Policy Framework we proposed cancelling Planning Policy Statement 22: “Renewable Energy” together with other policy documents which will be replaced by the framework. We are committed to publishing the final version of the framework by 31 March 2012.
