Mr Harper, Minister of State (Immigration), Home Office: Service and work histories of people facing removal from the UK are held only at the level of co-ordinated paper case files or within the notes section of the UK Border Agency's Case Information Database (CID). This information is not aggregated in national reporting systems, which would mean that this question could be answered only through a disproportionately expensive manual case search to collate the data.
