Sajid Javid, Economic Secretary: The annualised turnover rate for HM Treasury between April 2012 to September 2012 (excluding the transfer of the Performance and Reform Unit to the Cabinet Office) was 22%. This compares with 25% during the same period in 2011 (excluding the transfer of staff on the formation of Office of Budget Responsibility).
