SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS: WEST SUSSEX

Sir Nicholas Soames: To ask the Secretary of State for Education, what estimate he has made of the number of children who have special educational needs and disability in West Sussex; and how many of those children are supported with formal education, health and care plans.

Nadhim Zahawi, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Children and Families: The National Statistics release ‘Special educational needs in England: January 2018’ includes numbers of children with special educational needs (SEN) and education, health and care (EHC) plans.
