East Grinstead MP, Nicholas Soames, expressed his delight at the news of the opening of a new Post Office at 101 London Road, East Grinstead.

Mr Soames said; “I was delighted to have the chance to work with the Post Office at resolving this very important matter for local people in East Grinstead and I congratulate them and Mr Wescott, the new Postmaster, on setting up this important new service. I wish the endeavour every success and I know that it will be a service much appreciated by local folk.

“This is a genuine good news story.”
