Mid Sussex MP, Nicholas Soames, has called on West Sussex County Council to deal with the persistent flooding at the junction of Selsfied Road and Vowels Lane in East Grinstead, which occurs every time there is serious rain.
Commenting Mr Soames said; “This is a busy junction and I have noticed that for some time there is flooding during serious rain. This is not only dangerous it is unacceptable and needs to be dealt with at once.
“I am contacting the County Council to urge their immediate attention to this serious problem for motorists and pedestrians alike.”
