SOAMES SPEAKS IN DEBATE ON ARMED FORCES PERSONNEL

Mr. Nicholas Soames (Mid-Sussex) (Con): May I warmly endorse the points made by the hon. Member for Glasgow, North-West (John Robertson), with whom I entirely agree? I am conscious that the subject of our debate is personnel, but I should like to say something later about Afghanistan and Iran.
