HOME OFFICE'S CONSULTATION ON SETTLEMENT
Today the Co-Chairs of the Cross-Party Group on Balanced Migration; Nicholas Soames and Frank Field, released the following statement on the announcement of the Home Office’s consultation on employment related settlement.
"We warmly welcome these proposals. They strike the right balance between the needs of industry and the need to get the present massive rate of immigration back down to a level that the public can support.”
