Anna Soubry, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State: The Department does not hold this information, but has issued guidance that strongly recommends that national health service trusts have a designated person to oversee implementation of the NHS (Charges to Overseas Visitors) Regulations 2011, as amended. This person is often referred to as an Overseas Visitors Manager.
