Nicholas Soames MP has said Central and South Sussex Citizens Advice (Burgess Hill, East Grinstead and Haywards Heath) is a vital front line service that supports people to overcome the challenges they face.
Last year Citizens Advice helped people in Mid Sussex with 6,940 problems. The five most common problems were:
New evidence shows 78% of Citizens Advice clients said they wouldn’t have been able to solve their problem without the help they received from their local service.
Sir Nicholas said; “Burgess Hill, East Grinstead and Haywards Heath Citizens Advice is a vital front line service that supports people to overcome the challenges they face. As your local Member of Parliament I am acutely aware of how issues such as benefits, employment and debt affect the area. I intend to continue to work closely with Central and South Sussex Citizens Advice to tackle these problems head on.”
