Dan Rogerson, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for water, forestry, rural affairs and resource management: DEFRA officials have commissioned an analysis of the economic impact of the recent floods on English farm businesses. The report is being finalised and will be published in due course. I shall place a copy in the Library of the House.
